準備這次的萬聖節活動,看到了一本有趣的萬聖節繪本"Funnybones",

書中有一隻俏皮的骨頭狗,為了撿主人丟出的樹枝,將自己給撞散了,

它的主人大骨頭跟小骨頭一邊唱著歌,一邊努力將骨頭狗組回原本的樣子,

而他們所唱的歌就是"Dem bones"

搜尋了無所不知的維基發現,

這首"Dem bones"的來頭可不小喲!

  

曲調的部份是由一位非裔美籍的作曲家James Weldeon Johnson所做,

而歌詞是由他的兄弟J. Rosamund Johnson所寫,

改編自"舊約 以西結書"37章1～14節,

先知來到了"骨頭之谷"以上帝的力量讓枯骨復活的故事,

 

這首可愛的民謠,我一直都很喜歡,

也常用來帶領孩子認識身體各部位的骨頭,

(不過有些稱呼其實不是那麼正確的,骨頭也都是有自己的名字的)

就是以"Dem bones"的歌詞作為故事內容,

而作者的巧思,真的讓人很驚喜呢!!
